Prelude Show Choir

   - Also known as Intermediate Choir, Prelude is a ladies only SSA (Soprano 1, Soprano 2, Alto) Show Choir ensemble.  This ensemble sings intermediate to challenging music that is both accompanied and unaccompanied.  Being a show choir, students are also required to dance.  Students are placed in Prelude by audition only.  Prelude performs numerous times throughout the year including Christmas and Spring Concerts, Small Town USA Festival, Crescendos Variety Show, Christmas tour to area schools and nursing homes and as part of Madison County Choral Festival and Paramount Festival of the Trees.

Membership in Prelude Show Choir requires a substantial time commitment outside of class for extra performances and rehearsals.
